All the profiles on the site have e-mail addresses that have been confirmed. Internet gives everyone an equal chance to find a soul mate no matter where he/she is. Many of the girls on the site are not from Moscow or St. Petersburg, but places you might have never heard of.

How do I view ladies' profiles: The site has a search engine that allows you to look for profiles matching certain criteria (age, height, weight, location, etc.). Clicking on a girl's preview picture will take you to her detailed profile page. Each profile has several additional bigger photographs. Additional photos open in a new window.

How often is the content updated: We add new profiles at the end of the week, normally on Fridays.

How much English does a girl speak: There is no way of knowing for sure. Our rule is simple: if a profile is submitted in Russian, our Russian staff translates it. It is marked as 'Translated from Russian' then. If a lady says she speaks English at the same time, we put English with a question mark. If her comments are in English originally, we leave them the way they are, do not edit anything, to give you an idea what her English is like. For a small fee of $4.95 we offer translation services. If translation is ordered, lady's answer will be translated back into English FREE OF CHARGE (providing she answers through the site).

How do I contact girls on the site: You send them an e-mail. You can do it as A GUEST, paying for each individual e-mail ($4.95), or become A MEMBER and send unlimited amount of e-mails for a flat membership fee ($19.95 for the first 5 days, then recurring $19.95 every month until cancelled).
AS A GUEST you click on Contact now! box. A letter form will open in a new window. THERE IS NO NEED TO ENCRYPT YOU E-MAIL ADDRESS, WE WILL NOT DELETE IT. You can add your photo to the letter (or any other file) using Browse button.
All mail going though the site is monitored by a human editor. We will not forward inappropriate (harassing or commercial) spam, the fees will not be refunded. (We expect genuine attitude from all parties incl. the girls. It is unlikely, but if you feel that a girl is trying to take advantage of you (asks for money, etc) let us know, we will remove the profile).
We charge $4.95 for forwarding your letter to the girl's e-mail address.
For additional $4.95 you can have your letter professionally translated into Russian. The fee also covers translation of girl's answer (providing she answers through the site). To order translation you just need to tick Translate Message box.
Upon hitting Submit you are transferred to Go-E-Merchant secure payment system page. After successful transaction you will get returned to the site, your letter will be received by our support office in St. Petersburg, Russia, translated (if required) and forwarded to the girl. Because of the time difference it might take a few hours (no more than 12). You will get a confirmation from the site when your letter is actually sent to the girl.
For MEMBERS procedure is very similar, only they are not sent to Payment system each time they send a letter - e-mail forwarding for members is FREE. Members still pay for each individual translation if they order it. If translation is ordered, Members are taken to payment system after hitting Submit button on the letter form, same way Guests are, only Members pay for translation only ($4.95 for Members vs. $9.9 for Guests ($4.95 e-mail forwarding + $4.95 translation)).

Membership fee of $19.95 allows you to send unlimited number of e-mails to any and all the ladies on the site for 5 days at no extra charge. If you do not cancel your membership in 5 days it will be automatically renewed for 30 days for another $19.95 and further on your membership will continue at a monthly rate of $19.95 until you cancel.
To become a member you need to click on Become Member box or Join In link in the menu. You will then be taken to Join In page. You agree to terms and conditions of the site, choose your own login name and password. Then decide on the method of payment (CC or online check) and click on the corresponding button. You are then forwarded to CCbill secure payment system page.
After successful transaction you will get returned to the site already a member.
To be able to send free e-mails from the site next time, make sure you do not forget to log in to the site using your login and password.
You can view your membership details (login, password, date of next rebill) on My Account Page you will have access to after you log in.
You can cancel your next rebill from My Account page or directly at www.CCbill.com. Your access to membership benefits on the site will remain active until the date of the planned rebill. All mail from the ladies will of course be forwarded to you even if it arrives after your membership has expired. Translated into English if translation was ordered.

What happens when a girl receives a letter. When a girl receives a letter she can either reply to your direct e-mail address or, if she does not want to reveal her e-mail address, go to the site (we give her special link) and reply from the site. Replying from the site makes sense if translation was ordered - she gets hers for free then. Please do not expect ladies to answer straight away. If they have to translate it from English it will take some time. Writing an answer in English is a more difficult task even for somebody who can speak some language. Many of the girls use public computer services, friends' or office computers. They are not able to send/receive mail every day.
